Multiple Eyelid Folds and Revision Surgery Case (feat. Upper Eyelid Fat Graft)

This patient had undergone multiple double eyelid surgeries at other clinics.

However, as the double eyelids loosened, the upper eyelid area became sunken, resulting in triple folds and multiple visible creases.

The surgery was performed by ensuring proper fixation of the double eyelid so that the strength of the levator muscle is effectively transmitted, preventing the fold from loosening. Additionally, the sunken areas of the upper eyelids were filled using micro-nano fat grafting.

Looking at the appearance after one week, there is some minor bruising, but the shape is being well-maintained.

The patient recovered without any specific issues and returned to the clinic for a follow-up 1 year and 6 months later.

The double eyelid shape looks excellent, and the triple folds have been corrected as the multiple creases disappeared.
