In this post, we will discuss lowering the inner corner of the eye.

When the inner corner of the eyelid fold is too thick, it can often look unnatural.

In this case, the front part of the eyelid line is high, and the inner corner area makes the eyes look somewhat sleepy.

Using the ‘double-line’ technique (skin-fold lowering), we lowered the thick double eyelid at the front and performed ptosis correction specifically on the inner section.

This is one week after the surgery. Although swelling remains, the eye shape itself has already changed.

Previously, the eye shape had a certain feel:

But now, it has been transformed into a more rounded and softer impression.

The swelling will gradually subside, and the eyes will look even more beautiful once it is gone. I am glad the shape turned out so well.

As a side note, ptosis correction at the inner corner of the eye is quite difficult and has a high rate of recurrence.

The true skill lies in correcting it properly so that it does not recur.

In many cases, the eyelid may drop back down just one week after surgery if not handled correctly.
