The patient visited our clinic with the condition shown above.

It had been approximately two weeks since their initial surgery, and they presented with severe multiple folds (triple folds) in both eyes.

In particular, the patient’s right eye exhibited a very pronounced multiple-fold issue.

The procedure was performed to release all existing adhesions and prevent re-adhesion from occurring.

Early correction is naturally performed following the current existing lines. However, since the original lines themselves were asymmetrical, we explained to the patient before surgery that additional costs might be incurred if the lines remain different in the future.

This is the appearance 2 months and 25 days after the corrective surgery.

The multiple folds have clearly improved, but because the underlying lines were different to begin with, the lines remain asymmetrical.

We will need to monitor the swelling subsiding after the 6-month mark and perform further line correction if necessary.

Although it has been less than 3 months and some scar tissue is still surfacing, the multiple folds have been successfully resolved.

Currently, the lines appear asymmetrical because the original incision lines were different, but the surgery was focused on resolving the multiple folds.

Significant correction has been achieved.

Ptosis correction was not performed, and we record the entire surgical process on video to check for any abnormalities during the procedure.

Patients may view these recordings upon request, but copies are not provided as the surgical techniques are protected by copyright.

Gangnam Seoyeon Plastic Surgery will always strive to provide the best care.

Thank you.
