Hanti Station Gourmet: Fukuoka Hambage

I took these photos quite a while ago, but I am finally posting them now.

Located on the B1 floor of Lotte Department Store at Hanti Station, I visit this place whenever I want to treat myself to a nice solo meal.

All by myself!!

Just like the ‘Solitary Gourmet’.

The visuals are amazing. Just look at that steam rising.

The way you cook this is by using a small, round stone that has been heated over a fire.

If you touch it with your hand, you will see hell.

You take a piece of meat and sear it like a small pancake.

Wow, my mouth is watering..

Salivating just thinking about it.
