This post focuses on the early correction of double eyelid surgery outcomes.

This patient visited our clinic due to triple folds appearing on both sides after undergoing double eyelid surgery elsewhere.

Triple folds had developed after surgery at another hospital, and unfortunately, a fat graft was also performed there to address it.

While fat grafting is occasionally necessary, in many cases, it is unnecessary if the internal fat is properly managed.

The triple folds disappeared immediately after the corrective surgery.

The procedure involved removing the unnecessarily adhered grafted fat and repositioning the clean internal orbital fat to ensure the eyes open smoothly while preventing re-adhesion.

This is the progress at three weeks post-early correction.

The triple folds are completely gone. Although some minor swelling and scar tissue remain, we expect significant improvement as the fixation was adjusted to be softer.
