This is an illustration I found while browsing the internet. It shows the club coming from slightly behind, keeping it close to the body, and then pushing the club out toward the ‘1 o’clock’ direction.

Use a strong grip with the left hand, and hold the grip in a way that the right elbow is not too tight, but rather loosely open. Finish the swing by ensuring the back of the left hand is facing downward.

You need an in-to-out path to create a draw and gain more distance.

An in-to-in path results in a straight direction.
