Double Eyelid Surgery: In-out vs. Outfold Styles and Correct Spelling

Ssang-keo-peul, Ssang-keo-pul, Ssang-kkeo-pul, Ssang-kkeo-peul... which of these terms related to double eyelids is correct?

‘Ssang-keo-peul’ sounds like it might mean a ‘double couple’..

The standard Korean spelling is ‘Ssang-kkeo-pul’ (쌍꺼풀).

The way the line extends outward looks very refreshing and beautiful.
This is an acquaintance who had surgery recently. I performed an ‘outfold’ double eyelid surgery for them.

This patient was a revision case, and I performed an ‘in-out’ double eyelid surgery for them.

I started this blog post to clarify the standard spelling, but it felt a bit empty without visuals, so I’ve attached two photos. Haha.
