Sinsa Station Samgyeopsal Spot: Osam Budae-jjigae Samgyeopsal
A review of a unique Samgyeopsal restaurant near Sinsa Station that serves aged pork belly with bean sprouts and kimchi.
On my way to meet an acquaintance at Sinsa Station, I stopped by a Samgyeopsal (pork belly) restaurant.
The name of the place is ‘Sinsa Station Samgyeopsal Spot: Osam Budae-jjigae Samgyeopsal.’
They serve the meat along with bean sprouts and kimchi.
Since it was my first time, I went there for the pork belly, but I noticed most people were eating Budae-jjigae (army stew).

Apparently, it was selected as one of the Top 100 Restaurants by the Gangnam-gu Office??
When you arrive, they place bean sprouts and kimchi on the grill beforehand and drizzle a little oil.
The pork belly cooks quite fast... maybe in about 5 minutes??

Wow. My first time visiting this #Samgyeopsal restaurant at #SinsaStation.
The #Samgyeopsal is quite chewy and flavorful.
